Delivery Policy

Shipping policy:

1. Delivery time: we will check the ordered goods, delivery address and payment information etc. from the customer as to ensure the order information is correct. Usually, when the order information is confirmed and if the ordered goods are available, we will arrange the shipment within 5 working days, while the shipment information and tracking number will be also sent to the customer to facilitating their shipment tracking.

2. To ensure the goods can be delivered on time, the good recipient should fill out the full Chinese name in the order. If non Chinese name can be provided, please be sure to be consistent with the ID card or passportWe shall not bear any responsibilities if the goods can not be delivered or lost due to the wrong recipient information.

3. If the courier company can not offer door-to-door delivery services due to their reasons, please contact with them directly to check for solutions.  Please kindly understand that we do not promise express door-to-door delivery service.

4. When receiving the goods from the courier, please be sure to check whether the goods are damaged immediately. If there’s any problems, please refuse to accept and contact us in time.  If any damages were found after sign for receipt, customer should bear fully responsibility.   

配送服務:

1、發貨時間:我們將核對客戶所訂購的商品、郵寄地址、款項支付等資訊無誤後確認訂單,訂單確認後,如果所購買商品有庫存,通常在5個工作日內將包裹發出;包裹發出後我們將配送相關信息發送給客戶,以方便客戶直接通過快遞公司網站査詢包裹在途情况。

2、收件人請填寫中文名字,如使用非中文名字,請務必與身份證或護照保持完全一致,以保證您的包裹可以準確送達。如因此造成包裹無法送達或遺失,我們不承擔任何責任。

3、極少數地址因承運配送的快遞公司無法提供送貨上門服務,請與承運快遞公司協商取貨管道,我們不承諾快遞送貨上門的配送服務,敬請諒解。

4、當快遞公司人員上門送貨時,請務必當場檢查商品是否有破損,如有破損,請拒收並及時與我們聯系。如簽收後發現有問題,則客戶承擔相應責任。
